We found this interesting coconut jam (which is more like coconut curd) at a local Asian Market…It has egg in it so I made it for the hubby, but it looks interesting and reports confirm that it’s tasty!
Ingredients:
1 C cooked oatmeal
1-2 T coconut jam
Directions: Mix it up and enjoy!
