Ingredients:

1 C cooked oatmeal
1 t maple caramel
2 T maple pistachios

Directions: Cut up pear and simmer in small pan with maple caramel until soft (adding a little water if necessary), add pistachios and simmer for a few minutes longer.  Add to oatmeal and enjoy!

So you  know the other day when I shared the vegan maple caramel recipe?  And then after that there was the maple pistachio recipe?  Well…today I just added the maple pistachios plus a touch of maple syrup to the om of the day. 

 

Ingredients:

1 C cooked oatmeal
1/3 C maple pistachios
2 t maple syrup

Directions: Mix maple syrup and oatmeal, top with maple pistachios. Mix it up and enjoy!

I really get so excited knowing that the combinations for om of the day are endless!  I looked in my cupboard this morning and realized that I had this great combo at my hand…pistachio perfection!

Ingredients:

1 C cooked oatmeal
1/2 banana sliced
1/4 C pistachios
2 t agave

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

Pistachio & raisins are little morsels of goodness bursting  with flavor.  A little chewy, a little crunchy and a lot of yum!

Ingredients:
1 C cooked old-fashioned oats
2 T pistachios
2 T raisins
1 T agave

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

pistachio raspberry

Pistachios are so delicious and can be mixed with almost everything.  Raspberry sauce is no exception to this rule.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked oatmeal
1-2 T pistachios
1-2 T Kozlowski’s Raspberry Sauce

mOMent: What is the perfect day for you? What are you doing, who are you with and what is your mood? Decide today that you will have at least 5 minutes having a perfect day.

cinnamon date pistachio

Ingredients:

1 C cooked oatmeal
2-3 medium dates
1-3 t agave chia seed
1/4 C water
1/4 C roasted pistachios
cinnamon to sprinkle

Directions:

Chop dates and put in a small saucepan with water, agave and pistachios.  Warm over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until most of the water has been absorbed.  Sprinkle with cinnamon, to taste, and mix with oatmeal! Yum!
