1 C cooked oatmeal
1/2 C orange juice
1/8 C apricots, dried, chopped
1/8 C candied ginger, chopped
1/8 C macadamia nuts, chopped
1 T sugar
Directions: Simmer all ingredients together until most of the orange juice has soaked into the fruit. Mix with oatmeal and enjoy!
