rich, raw and powerful

This one is dedicated to my husband who needed a breakfast full of good fats. Every ingredient in here has a beneficial nutrient to help fuel the body.

Ingredients:

1 C cooked old-fashioned oats
1 T ground chia
1 T ground flax seed
1 T coconut oil
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1 T agave

Directions:

Add all of the above ingredients to a bowl and mix well.  Feel the

energy!
